lovelix.store is an independent store selling digital products and AI tool access. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorized reseller for Lovable, Anthropic, or any other platform mentioned on this website.

2. Orders

Orders are placed through WhatsApp. The price, inclusions, validity period and delivery time of each product are confirmed in that conversation before payment. No payment is processed on this website.

3. Delivery

All products are digital. Delivery normally takes place shortly after payment is confirmed. If a product requires more time, we tell you the expected timeframe before you pay.

4. Usage and responsibility

• You are responsible for using delivered products in line with the relevant platform's own terms.
• Vouchers, subscriptions and API access must not be resold without our written agreement.
• We do not promise unlimited, unmetered, or permanent access to any third-party service.

5. Availability

Stock and availability change. A product listed on this website is only confirmed as available once we confirm it in chat.

6. Refunds

Refunds and replacements are handled as described on our Refund Policy page. Items already redeemed or consumed cannot be refunded.

7. Liability

We are not liable for changes made by third-party platforms to their pricing, plans, or policies, or for losses beyond the amount you paid for the specific product.
