1. Agreement
By creating a Lovelix account, purchasing a subscription or installing the Lovelix extension, you agree to these terms. Lovelix is operated by Veltrix Global.
2. License grant
A paid subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Lovelix for the duration of your paid period.
Each licence key may be activated on a maximum of two devices at a time. You may free a device slot from your dashboard.
Sharing, reselling, publishing or sublicensing a licence key is prohibited and may result in revocation without refund.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with or attempt to bypass the Lovelix licensing system, and not to use Lovelix to violate the terms of any third-party service.
Lovelix must not be used to circumvent usage limits, metering, credits or licensing of any other platform or product.
4. Payments and renewals
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period. Access is enabled only after a payment is verified by our payment provider.
Renewals extend your existing subscription period. Prices may change for future periods with notice.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time; your licence remains active until the end of the paid period and does not renew afterwards.
Refunds are handled case by case in line with applicable consumer law and the policy configured with our payment provider.
6. Suspension and revocation
We may suspend or revoke a licence for non-payment, chargebacks, fraud, licence sharing or breach of these terms.
7. Availability and disclaimer
Lovelix is provided on an as-is basis. We work to keep the service available and secure but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Third-party websites and tools that Lovelix interacts with may change at any time and affect functionality.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltrix Global is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Lovelix in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
