Yes. Cancellation follows the rules configured in our payment provider: your plan stops renewing and your license stays active until the paid period ends. Once a payment provider is connected, cancellations are handled through its official customer portal.

Plan changes are allowed according to the configured billing system. Once a change is paid and verified, the new plan and expiry date are applied server-side and appear in your dashboard immediately.

Authentication is handled by a managed provider with secure sessions. Every privileged operation — license generation, activation limits, subscription status — is executed and authorized on our servers, never in the browser or in the extension.
